This is my last post for 2025 so I thought I would just show off a few interesting pieces obtained in 2025. The photo at the top of the post shows a late Victorian gold pendant shaped like a crescent, set with rose cut diamonds, with three drops also set with diamonds. Its a very pretty piece.

The piece below is a 19th century 18ct two sided locket shaped like a heart and topped with a gold bow and flower wreath. Each side contains hair, one a lighter shade than the other and there are different sets of gold initials on each side, so representing two people.

The next piece is a Victorian gold and silver pendant set with dark red garnet cabochons and old cut diamonds.

The antique brooch/pendant below is French and is silver, set with turquoise, garnets and mother of pearl. It features a pelican and is apparently meant to represent a passage about sacrifice found in a poem La Nuit de Mal by Alfred de Musset.

I wish everybody a Happy New Year and I will be back in early 2026.
